The Council has announced a new Business Support package to assist with Rates, Rent and Hardship relief.

The Council has announced a new Business Support package to assist with Rates, Rent and Hardship relief:

• Loans of £5,000 - £20,000 are available to rate paying businesses in Carmarthenshire which have been refused finance by their bank.  The loans are repayable over 18 months and intended to assist viable businesses with short term cash flow difficulties
• Rates can be deferred if they are a substantial aprt of the business’ overheads
• Rent on Council owned commercial and industrial properties can be restructured with repayments over 12 months
